Mock Trial

· Idaho Law Foundation writes on cases for both regional and state competitions.

· Teams of nine students with attorneys and witnesses for the prosecution and the defense.

· Students learn to prepare testimonies, examinations of a witness, opening statements, closing statements, and courtroom decorum.
