Executive Director of the Bishop Kelly Foundation
The Bishop Kelly Foundation for Bishop Kelly High School in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an Executive Director. The Executive Director for the Foundation must be a motivated self-starter who can manage events, donor relations, deadlines, finances, schedules, contract employees and volunteers with little to no direct supervision.
To be considered for this position, a candidate should:
- Have significant leadership experience in managing events, especially gala-format fundraisers.
- Have solid bookkeeping experience, preferably with familiarity in using QuickBooks.
- Have solid, demonstrable communication, writing, and word-processing skills, preferable with familiarity in using Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Docs and Slides.
- Be able to discuss his or her experience in donor relations, working with others, and managing volunteers.
The Executive Director is an employee of the Bishop Kelly Foundation, Inc., not the Diocese of Boise or Bishop Kelly High School.

Bishop Kelly is now accepting applications for a Kitchen Assistant. $9.50-$10.00/HR, M-F 9am-2pm(approximately) while the school year is in session. Duties include food preparation, baking, frying, set-up, serving, cashiering, clean-up, receiving and stocking supplies, and related duties, all performed in conformance with federal, state and school-specific health and safety guidelines. Assistant Baseball Coach
Bishop Kelly is now accepting applications for an assistant baseball coach. Ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of all district and IHSAA rules, baseball strategies and tactics, ability to demonstrate, evaluate, and develop basic and advanced baseball skills. The Assistant Baseball Coach reports directly to the Head Baseball Coach. The successful candidate will promote the development of the whole student in spirit, mind and body and be able to understand and teach to the BK Way.
