Workouts with Coach Carp

Your gym may be closed, but that’s not a reason to skip a workout!  BK’s own Jeff Carpenter has put together four home workouts to keep you moving. As coach Carp says, “It’s amazing what a little movement will do for our psychological, emotional, and physical well-being.”

For these workouts you will need a towel or rope, a backpack with some books in it, a broomstick, and a barbell OR a jug full of liquid.
